This temporary Accounts Payable Manager based in Slough will involve the following responsibilities:

Provision of accountable, accurate and maintained spend data to senior management

Provide analytical reporting across key performance metrics

Lead the development and implementation of governance across the Group to ensure ways of working are successfully embed

Produce a procurement dashboard measure the business our performance against key criteria. This will include consolidating data sources each month, qualifying integrity of data and communicating the results

Ensure adherence of agreed policies and process through excellent communication, both within the function, the wider organisation and through the supplier base

Engage and effectively build relationships with key stakeholders across the business to drive change and new initiatives

Review suggested payment runs and seek approval under DOA

Devise and undertake training across the business to ensure up to date understanding of core processes and authoritiesProfile

The successful candidate for this temporary Accounts Payable Manager position will need to have the following skills:

Proven experience of managing an Accounts Payable team

Excellent communication and analytical skills

The ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team, adhering to regular deadlines

Excellent attention to detail with a hands-on approach

Job Offer

This is a temporary Accounts Payable Manager position with car parking on site and the ability to work from home 1-2 days per week once you have been emended in the role
