INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE Are you a proven Internal Sales Executive looking for uncapped commission and a genuine career path in sales which includes advanced sales training. Based in their Head Office in Central Manchester, this person will be responsible for nurturing WARM / HOT LEADS and maximising sales revenue. You may already be an Internal Sales Account Manager, Sales Consultant, Lead Generation Specialist or maybe in an alternative B2C / B2B sales role and love selling. Whatever sales background you come from, if you are committed to being the best Internal Sales Executive, you're sales focused and ready for a new challenge, we would like to hear from you. The ideal Internal Sales Executive will proactively liaise with existing key decision makers completing all or part of the full sales cycle from an initial request for information calls to ongoing account management whilst always maximising new business sales opportunities. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities for the ideal Internal Sales Executive: * Be inspired and motivated by a leading sales management team supporting your career ambition and helping you build on your motivation. * Be the main point of contact between the client and their customers; helping to support them through their purchasing journey to ensuring the best outcome is always reached. * Being pro-active with your pipeline by maintaining contact with customers, suppliers, and lenders. * Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis. This will include self- management of daily KPIs to achieve an unrivalled uncapped commission structure. * Ensuring your sales calls are compliant and adhere to FCA regulations, keeping your customer fully informed is crucial. Ideal Internal Sales Account Manager Experience: * 12 months + years' proven experience in a B2B or B2C high activity sales or service environment.* Excellent, written, Numerical and IT skills such as e-mail, CRM, word, excel etc* Knowledge of sales principles and sales process methods* Full Sales Cycle Experience* Track record of hitting KPI's and targets* Develop and maintain an excellent level of product knowledge* Demonstrate a high level of commercial awareness negotiating and selling to clients.* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral* Ability to influence and reach decision makers Internal Sales Executive Benefits: Up to £25,000 Basic Salary DOE + Bonus + Benefits (realistic earnings £35-£50,000 yet uncapped) Birthday Off, 28 days holiday (inc.
