Admin Assistant / Receptionist

Job Description


A family orientated construction and fit out company is looking to add a part time Admin Assistant / Receptionist to their team.

The successful Admin Assistant will join a small team specialising in High End Residential building and refurbishment and High-End Commercial fit out projects.

With a very low turnover of staff and the intention of always promoting from within, this is a fantastic opportunity.

The Admin Assistant/Receptionist Role

The Admin Assistant/Receptionist will work 9-3pm Monday - Friday.

The Admin Assistant/Receptionist will act as the first port of call for incoming calls, meet and greet Clients and customers, take deliveries via reception, and carry out general office duties as required.

The Admin Assistant/Receptionist

The successful Admin Assistant/Receptionist will have:

Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Sage
Excellent organisation and time management
Professional telephone mannerIn return
