Front Desk / Concierge Desk Coordinator, Permanent £28k, based at Ditton Manor
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a rapidly expanding company who provide services to the Film and Media industry.
We are looking to recruit a professional administrator to work on client sites and off site locations
We would be especially keen to talk with candidates with an events, hospitality, catering, cruise line or hotel background.
So as the Concierge Desk Coordinator what will you be doing ?
Working as part of the team on the Service Desk to ensure that all contact with customers and employees reflects the company’s consistent delivery of the highest quality standards of customer service
Collating and distributing result information and other necessary information in an accurate and timely fashion to internal departments and clients
To drive the conversion of incoming enquiries, provisional bookings and associated testing requirement and to help secure and grow new business opportunities from incoming enquiries, sales leads and past users
To respond promptly to all client enquiries,
preparing quotes and booking of appointments and associated diary management
To act as a liaison between clients and departments as requested, to assist in problem solving and promoting customer satisfaction where appropriate
Accurately log all swabs/client information and ensure verification checks are completed
So, as the Concierge Desk Coordinator what will you need to have ?
At least 1 year of experience working in a customer facing, or business administrative focused role
Strong administration skills, specifically Microsoft Excel & Outlook
High level of accuracy, good eye for detail and the ability to work at pace
You will also need a driving licence and your own transport due to the location of this role.
