Team Administrator Your new company Hays are recruiting for a permanent team administrator, this role is for a consultancy business based in city centre Manchester. Your new role You will be responsible for full administration support, meeting and greeting, answering internal and external calls, arranging and sorting post, typing documents, data input, producing reports, preparing documents and presentations, booking travel, diary management, maintaining the office, completing expenses, raising order numbers, managing inbox and any other duties required via the wider team. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience working in a similar role, you will be organised, comfortable in a client facing environment, you will be able to multi-task, you will have strong IT skills and be keen to secure a role on a permanent basis.
