To assist the Designers in the design processKey accountabilities and measuresWork alongside the JD/ Designer to deliver the global product direction.Support the Designer with the co-ordination of day-to-day activities.Work with the Designers to meet critical path timelines and deliver the right designs, at the right time.Support on producing a high standard of Tech pack and hit rate on Direct.Help in the delivery of Design Briefs to Indirect Suppliers when required.Create 3D CAD’s using photoshop /illustrator in order to show true representation of product for range reviews and tech packs.Contribute as an active member of the Design team to work within a commercially focussed culture.Support the effective working relationships with our Sourcing Office teams and Suppliers.Able to research global retail and trend. Identify and communicate key opportunities.Key skillsSpecialist in the field of design with design experience within the Retail industryStrong design and CAD skills with an eye for detailKnowledge of trend interpretation, current competitive marketplace, and product designExperience in briefing and specifying direct design sourced product, working with Technology/Design and Buying to create high standards of Tech Packs.High level of proficiency in Design IT applications to optimise the quality of design work e.g., Photoshop, illustrator, CAD.Multitask orientated with the ability to work to tight timelines of the critical path.Strong communication and influencing skills.Attend and participate in department fit sessions (applicable for levels 2 & 3 only)This is an excellent opportunity to join us at an exciting time of change and transformation!
