Vehicle Management Coordinator
Pay rate: 10.50 or 11p/h Depending on Experience
Hours:
Full time s: 37.5hrs Mon - Friday for full time (9-5pm) Or 25hrs per week for Part time.

ASAP START FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:

Duties include:

Receive and record new company vehicle requests, ensuring applicants have completed essential paperwork and that requisitions for new lease vehicles are authorised and processed.
To collect company vehicles for return/ delivery, this will involve collection as and when required across country.
Manage fleet of lease vehicle for senior staff including pool vehicles and maintain an accurate record of all vehicles and lease vehicle expiry dates.
rn lease vehicle and liaise with relevant officers in both finance and pay roll to ensure that deductions for vehicles have been processed where appropriate
To maintain and form new contacts and relationships with suppliers for lease vehicles
To manage the hire of vehicles as and when required
To research and purchase suitable vehicles including mini bus vehicles for vulnerable adults to include bespoke adaptations including access lifts and ramps.
To ensure that vehicles meet with LOLER Regulations
To manage and create vehicle/business accounts including RAC breakdown, fuel cards, driver check and insurance
To complete Driving licence checks via a third party provider and record on an internal HR database
Check requisitions for valid authorisation and identify and block non-compliant applications..
Create purchase in authorisation.
To manage sanctions, fines and notices and to create and issue promissory notes where required
To issue parking permits

Engage in regular supervision and produce verbal and written progress reports relating to areas of responsibility.

Maintain confidentiality s in accordance with the company Policies and the framework of the Data Protection Act and GDPR.
Maintain up to date professional knowledge and competence through reading, research and ongoing professional training.
