We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Agile project experience to join them ASAP. This Business Analyst will be someone who is used to delivering large scale projects and takes a lead with Agile backlog management, you will be delivering BAU change and larger system enhancements!
Location: Warwick however mixed home/office blend is to be expected
Duration: 6-12 months
Interviews: Within the next week
Rate: Strong Umbrella Rate
Key Skills & Experience:
*5+ years minimum hands on Business Analysis is essential
*Experience of managing a team of Bas (5+ ideally)
*Very strong Agile project experience and will be used to managing Agile backlogs essential
*Any Agile Certification is desired but isn't essential
*Experience of data analysis and process mapping
*Strong communication skllls, collaboration and stakeholder management
*Experience of working in a large multiyear projects ideal
The Business Analyst will be part of a small but integral team helping to deliver BAU changes and system improvements over the next 6-12 months. This role requires someone very strong in the Agile space and someone used to delivering in an Agile way with proven backlog management experience.
Key expectations for BA:-
*Takes responsibility for business analysis within a programme/large projects where the advice given, and decisions made will have a measurable impact on the profitability or effectiveness of the organisation.
*Establishes the contribution that technology can make to business objectives, supporting strategies, validating and justifying business needs, conducting feasibility studies, developing information and process models, producing high level and details business cases, taking into account the implications of change on the organization and all stakeholders.
*Applying design thinking (user journeys) and working with external and internal stakeholders to ensure the requirements are user focused
*Guides senior management towards accepting recommended changes brought through process and organisation change.
*Work closely with the Agile and UX teams as part of BAU and larger system improvements.
*Undertakes Quality Assurance work on the BA deliverables, provides guidance to other project BAs working within a team.
