The role The Architecture and Masterplanning division of this prestigious consultancy are looking to appoint a work winning Associate Director of Architecture into their Leeds practice.

The opportunity would suit an individual looking to work in a collaborative environment where they will be given the opportunity to lead on a variety of business development strategies alongside client management, within the region and nationally, and to take real responsibility for driving work into the practice.

The role is open to someone who has a breadth of knowledge and specialism within one core sector or someone with a variety of project work within their historical portfolio.

Responsibilities

Focus on developing work winning strategies across a number of sectors and report to Senior directors.

Actively engage and develop new and existing client relationships within the Yorkshire region to support work winning and client development.

To manage and inspire a work winning team through strong and inclusive leadership.

Sustaining and developing relationships with existing and new clients.

Manage repeat business with existing clients and support strategic thinking.

Reporting on activity and analysis of feedback and success factors.

Support the development of the culture and capability of our multi-disciplinary design team(s) alongside peers

Where appropriate support project work within region and nationally. Lead bid development in particular the design and quality aspects.

Requirements

Be client-centric

Design and Business Development is required in this role.

Have a portfolio of clients or contacts across a number of market sectors and within region to drive a variety of work to the Practice

Have a proven track record of developing client relationships and securing new business opportunities.

Be creative in their approach

Have the ability to lead bids and opportunities across their core markets

Be engaged with the successful delivery of secured projects where required.

Salary & package (depending on experience)70,000 + Car / car allowance 5500, private medical, 25 days holiday, lucrative performance bonus, 7% + employer pension.

Our client currently operate a 2 days in the office and 3 from home policy which will continue indefinitely. WHAT NEXT?
