Nationwide (remote working)


Shift pattern

Between the hours of 08:00am - 20:00pm (Monday to Friday)

08:00am - 13:00pm (Saturday on a rotational basis)

Are you passionate about supporting customers and building relationships? Were looking for determined individuals to join the Recoveries part of the Customer Assistance department within the business structure of one of our clients. Do you have debt management / collections experience? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The role:

  • Establish and maintain inbound and outbound omers and implement appropriate forbearance solutions
  • Analyse and interpret customer information which will allow you to recognise the best solution for our customers
  • Liaise with third parties and internal stakeholders to agree the most effective course of action to help customers
  • Ensure processes are followed and decision making is appropriate to the customer
  • Support peers and team initiatives to make improvements and better ways of working our client love to hear new ideas!

The person:

  • A keen eye for detail and care in delivering quality
  • Flexibility and desire to support your peers as well as our customers

  • Ability to follow processes but question if you think something isnt quite right

  • Ability to drive your own performance and manage your work
  • Knowledge of debt advice and third-party support
  • Effective communication ls and able to have difficult customer conversations
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Call centre, debt management and/or third-party supplier experience, but this is not essential
