Put simply, this is all about providing the very best, very Aldi, customer service. You'll respond to customer calls, letters, emails and social media postings - always thinking on your feet to do what's best for them. You'll treat customers as you would wish to be treated, answering their queries with patience and leaving them with the best impression of Aldi. We do things our own way at Aldi. But whatever we're doing, we must be getting it right. With a wave of impressive sales figures behind us, we're opening new stores at lightning speed. Which means it's even more important to keep our customers happy and coming back to those stores.
