Position: Customer Service Advisor - Work from Home
Fancy a job that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home? We're looking for positive individuals who care passionately about the customer journey to take on a newly created homeworking role as a Customer Service Advisor.

You will be working for a leading global company who have been awarded a contract to partner an important Central Government client. This exciting opportunity offers an almost immediate start date and has a simple one-stage virtual interview process.

Working from home!
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, working flexible shifts between 8.00am - 8.00pm weekdays, and 9.00am - 5.30pm weekends
Salary: 8.91 per hour

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

To offer a one ible
To take inbound customer phone calls
To answer all customer enquiries
To always provide excellent customer service
To keep accurate notes and records on the internal system
To be self-motivated, and ensure you are always working as part of the wider team
To be comfortable in complaints handling, sometimes dealing with more difficult queries

Skills of a Customer Service Advisor:

No previous contact centre rience is required
Customer service experience, either face-to-face e, would be beneficial
Previous experience in retail, hospitality or healthcare environments would be ideal
A positive mindset and proactive attitude towards work
Hardworking, and committed to providing the best service
A confident, friendly telephone manner
