Full Time and Part Time Hours available.

Hours of work as a Call Handler:

Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours
Part Time is to work evenings and Saturday (Saturday is compulsory)
Full Time hours - Monday to Friday (4 out of 5) 9am - 5pm pm - 9pm plus a Saturday (Saturday is compulsory)

About the Customer Service Advisor role:

Handling incoming calls from members of the public regarding a COVID-19 survey
Providing excellent customer service
Please note that this role is not giving medical/health advice of any sort

Must have customer service experience
Working in a friendly team environment
Based in Leith, Edinburgh
Temporary opportunity which is expected to last until Spring 2022.
