Position: Customer Service Advisor (Call centre based )

This is an exciting new opportunity to start 5th January.

Full time hours available.

Hours of work as aCall Handler:

Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours

Part time hours

Monday to Friday (1.30pm - 9pm or 5pm - 9pm) and weekend (10am - 7pm) - weekend shift is mandatory

About the Customer Service Advisor role:

Handling incoming calls from members of the public regarding various topics surrounding healthcare

Providing excellent customer service

Please note that this role is not giving medical/health advice of any sort

Must have customer service experience

Working in a friendly team environment

Based in Leith, Edinburgh

Temporary opportunity which is expected to be on going. Opportunity to be dual trained for market research too.
