Permanent Start Date: ASAP Senior Customer Service Advisor Overview A fantastic opportunity has come available for a customer-focused retailer based in Enderby. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate that is passionate about people and knows how to deliver a first class service. The Senior Customer Service Advisor will support the Customer Service Team Leader in coordinating the customer service functions of the contact centre whilst also providing Duty Manager Cover in their absence.

All whilst ensuring the efficient, resilient and exceptional fulfilment of all customer requirements Senior Customer Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities
* To drive customer focus approach across all activities
* Assisting in the customer escalation and complaint process
* Coaching and developing advisors to ensure a brilliant customer experience is maintained across the team
* Communicate efficiently s , hold regular meetings and catch ups with advisors to help them understand their key priorities
* Proactively handling customer escalations in a timely fashion with an appropriate outcome
* Demonstrably coach Customer Service Advisors in First contact resolution
* Assisting the team leader in making sure all absence and shrinkage reporting is kept up to date for the team
* Adhering to and promoting all Health and Dafter regulations
* Contributing to the department achieving pre-determined SLAs for calls , emails , live chat and social media Skills required for the successful Customer Service Advisor:
* Previous experience of working in a similar role and a fast paced environment.
* Passionate about working with people.
* Good telephone manner and a clear and effective communicator.
* Strong active listening skills.
* Good working knowledge of I.T. systems as well as Microsoft Office
* Able to commit to working on an alternating shift basis including some weekends
* Experience of supervising, supporting and coaching others
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Friendly and tactful personality
* Positive and approachable manner.
