About The RoleAs a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for an Account Manager to join us. This role will be looking after our EMEA based clients, nurturing and expanding accounts with some of the worlds biggest brands.

Responsibilities Include

Manage a portfolio of Key Accounts and be the main point of of Student Beans for your clients.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of your clients business and adopt a consultative sales approach.

Analyse and report on performance data to make recommendations

Promote our companys solutions and drive sustainable growth for both parties e.g. account expansion, renewals or strategic media campaign initiatives.

Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health for the respective assigned portfolio.

Coordinate with internal product, design, media and operations teams.

Track and deliver against all KPIs including revenue on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

About You


You have 2+ years strong track record of success within B2B Key or Strategic account management, ideally within the E-Commerce, SaaS, digital marketing or software.

Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

Experience in delivering client-focused solutions with demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements

Strategic mindset with proven experience driving long-term business plans, growth & strong service levels.

Excellent commercial awareness with strong analytical skills.

First class communicator and strong collaborator.

Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and handle competing priorities.

Proven ability to successfully influence ls within an organisation, particularly utive level.

Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.

European language skills is a plus but not required.
