Assistant Manager / Assistant Residence Manager

Our client is seeking an organised and motivated Assistant Manager / Residence Manager to assist in the management of the day to day operations of 2 luxury residential buildings.

As an Assistant Property Manager / Residence Manager you will be responsible for assisting in the overall running of 2 luxury residential developments, delivering the best possible customer care, achieve and maintain the highest standards and compliance of the residence in accordance with legislation, procedures and best practice, provide and maximize rental income whilst helping manage operational costs.

As an Assistant Manager , you will be the key role working closely with and assisting the Operations Manager at the forefront of continuing to shape how this brand is delivered.

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate and possesses a strong desire to succeed and ideally from a large scale residential management or hotel management background.

The key aspects of the role are around; customer service, Health & Safety, financial, HR, sales & marketing and building maintenance. You will need to be extremely service focused and have the ability to deal with people from all walks of life.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities

* Assisting with the operational and service delivery across 2 premium residential buildings
* General day to day enquiries ensuring the buildings operate efficiently through diligent management of systems, processes, procedures, contracts and supply chains.
* Taking a lead role in the tenant journey, including agreeing individual deposit or insurance policy choices, tenant credit referencing, arranging guarantors and producing tenancy agreements
* Working closely with the Operations Manager in making important policy, planning and strategy decisions.
* Helping to promote the company culture that encourages top performances and high morale.
* Supporting the organising of social events and activities for the residents across 2 buildings.
* Ensuring that the brand operation and H&S compliance is delivered to a high standard.
* Working with the concierge and housekeeping team ensuring the building is presented and managed to the highest level.
* Having some accountability for the management and control for site budgets, expenditure and P&L
* Alongside the Operations Manager, managing the PPM system and 3rd party contractors, ensuring that both buildings are undertaking PPM as scheduled and that the contractors are appropriately managed to ensure compliance.

What are we looking for?

* A minimum of 2 years' experience from within building, property or hotel management
* A personable character with exceptional customer service skills with the highest standards
* Be extremely organised and have the ability to multi-task
* Understanding of Health & Safety preferable
* Strong communication skills

Working Hours

45 hours per week, including some weekend work 1:3
Shit Variation:
6am - 3pm
7am - 4pm
11am - 8pm
12pm - 9pm
