Description The key accountabilities of the Business Support Administrator will include, but may not be limited to;
Answering queries by email and phone Coordinating and managing projects Liaising with senior members of staff and external stakeholders Delegating work to team members and providing training where required Attending meetings and taking minutes Completing any other general administrative tasks Profile Will have experience in a Business Support Administrator role Will be competent in IT (Microsoft packages) Will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Will be familiar with project coordination and management Job Offer A full-time, 12-month, Business Support Administrator position with a high chance of extension The opportunity to work for a prestigious organisation within the Not For Profit and Charities Sector Offering a salary of up to 30,000 depending on experience Hybrid working Located close to transport links
