Description

Business Support Administrator required to join an established planning consultancy in London Bridge, on a full time, permanent basis. Our client employs 30 people and has turnover of circa 3M and requires a Business Support Administrator will be assisting in quoting, tendering and will be proactively collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure that tender bids are delivered on time and within budget.

As a Business Support Administrator this role requires a quick learner and an excellent team player. It is important that the Business Support Administrator can maintain accurate data within the bid library as well as supporting other areas such as marketing and business improvement.

The role offers an excellent opportunity for someone to develop and help the business grow. Flexible working hours are available, although a minimum of 2 days a week will be required at their London Bridge offices.

Business Support Administrator Position Overview

Maintain accurate data in the company's business systems
Maintaining up-to-date information / Linked

In page and posting any current 'news' stories
Development and maintenance of 'bid library' which contains all PQQ and bid data, project sheets, CVs, FAQs, latest capability statements etc.
Keeping track of any policies or accreditations that need updating / renewing

Business Support Administrator Position

Requirements

Excellent team player
Experience in the preparation of PQQs and Tenders (InDesign, Publisher and PowerPoint experience definitely preferable)
Experience in the engineering / planning / built environment sector desirable
Professional commitment to excellent customer service
Assertive and motivating and able to support others within the workplace

Ability to work on own with excellent organisational and project management skills
A natural multi-tasker
Quick learner

Business Support Administrator Position Remuneration

25,000 - 30,000 dependant on skills and experience
On-going training and career development opportunities
25 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
Flexible working available - minimum of 2 days / week in the office.
