The Role:This role requires time spent in Saudi Arabia on site with Oxagon.Reporting to the Head of Marketing at OXAGON, the reimagined industrial city of NEOM in Saudi Arabia, there is a requirement for a DIGITAL MARKETING Lead to develop, manage and deliver an integrated Digital Marketing ecosystem that ultimately drives engagement, attracts and acquires global and local investors to establish operations in OXAGON or establish partnerships with OXAGON.As the Digital Marketing Lead you will develop objectives, strategies and key performance metrics to measure success.  Leveraging technology and analytics to help achieve your business goals.Be a strategic thinker of the digital age, embrace technology and always have the audience in mind when defining and driving brand leadership acquisition generating digital marketing solutions.You will shape and influence the Digital experience to the highest level of brand impact and maximise digital orchestration across all relevant channels and platforms. Specifically, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:Ownership and full management of the overall Digital Marketing and Digital technology across businesses, markets and audiences.Aligning with key stakeholders across OXAGON, the brands within OXAGON and corporate communications function within the NEOM Masterbrand.Collaborating and supporting the CRM & Social Media Lead(s) and the PR & Events team.Developing digital marketing and digital technology strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness, customer engagement and acquisition.Map the digital capabilities to strategic priorities by serving as a key stakeholder for digital process innovation.Track and analyse digital traffic flow and digital key performance indicators, and use the resulting analysis to drive continual improvement of the digital journey.Design and execute digital marketing programs that are in alignment with overall global campaigns and brand strategy - including but not limited to paid search, paid social, programmatic display ads, and retargeting.Amplify demand generation campaigns through paid media programs with key platforms by using target account lists generated from propensity and intent data sources.Lead the execution of digital strategy and production, including web, marketing automation, data flows into Salesforce, KPI tracking, budget, tagging and analytics.Analyse and reviews digital metrics to improve martech stack performance, site organics and improve funnel conversions.Oversee agency partner and vendor relationships in their fulfilment of development and execution of tasks, monitoring retainer usage and contract efficiency.Identify and recommend areas for growth, including via organic search, display, retargeting or other virtuous cyclical growth loops.Own design, architecture, and implementation of solutions and platforms related to Marketing Technology (martech stack).Foster an inquisitive culture and encourage innovation to ensure continuous optimisationFull budgetary planning, management and reporting responsibility.Follow internal processes and manage stakeholders to maximise the potential from digital communications and data.The ability to interpret data & analysis quickly and use it to make commercial decisions & financial evaluations.Define measurable KPIs and regularly review campaigns against strategic objectives.Analysing the long-term needs of OXAGON’s digital marketing strategy and partnering with the necessary teams to deliver Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports to management and executive teams, outlining any necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan.Working with our key agency partners you will help create world-class digital marketing solution for OXAGON.Staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends and digital technologies.Developing monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams.Recruitment, management and development of direct reports.Oversee, implement and review team planning, processes and effectiveness, including reviewing team capacity, allocation and operations.Identifying and managing digital marketing and technology risks and opportunities to improve business practices and operations, reporting regularly the progress of the programme.Collaborating closely with business process owners and regional stakeholders to drive required changeThe Candidate:Experience in leading Digital Marketing and technology programs.Leadership experience communicating and collaborating with a diverse global marketing team and business executives in a variety of organizations and functions.Proven track record of delivering successful digital experiences with a strong underpinning of operational excellence.Innovation mind-set and experience of applying innovation processes to develop digital products and services with a potential to disrupt the market.Leadership, relationship management, conflict resolution and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional groups, alliance teams and local country teams, along with strong organizational and operational skills.Proven experience as a Digital Marketing leader in a global industrial and technology company.Demonstrates initiative with results orientation, disciplined and is highly resourcefulLead strategic and creative thinking with strong analytical abilities and a thorough understanding of digital marketing and technology.Experience using marketing technology to drive business results.Ability to develop strong working relationships with a range of internal teams and external partners.Desire and drive to stay ahead of trends, creative industries, media, and the connected worldExcellent communication skills, a flexible approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.Media and campaign development experience across all digital channels.Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing initiatives, on time, on budget.Solid knowledge of online marketing and project/asset management tools and best practices.Strong analytical, project management and communication skills. This role requires time spent in Saudi Arabia on site with Oxagon.Required SkillsRequired Experience
