We are looking for a data-driven marketing professional to join a global growing team. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager provides results-driven recommendations that improve the efficacy of global Quotient Sciences websites in driving commercial lead generation while elevating the presence of the Quotient Sciences brand globally and across digital channels.

The Digital Marketing Manager works within the marketing department to help with initiatives including but not limited to: management of digital advertising plans with Google/Bing PPC, third parties, directory listings; and management of web metrics reporting, management of Quotient Sciences website, UX/UI enhancements, web content optimization/SEO, web content management, live chat and other web tools.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Digital Advertising
  • Create and manage PPC programs with Google and Bing, including monitoring monthly budgets and adjusting campaign creative or spending according to performance
  • Plan content for and execute annual digital advertising programs with third parties and trade media on a timely basis
  • Report on digital ad performance, identifying actionable plans for improvement as needed
  • Working with the Digital Marketing Coordinator/Specialist or Digital Marketing Intern to maintain third-party directory listings and identify new channels for consideration
Web Production, Content Management, and SEO
  • Partner with Director of Digital Marketing on the creation of a website roadmap to ensure ongoing improvements to Quotient Sciences' websites and related technologies
  • Lead all web production activities including editing and building web landing pages and forms, uploading and maintaining current versions website content
  • Partner with internal and external web development, IT and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve website technical or performance issues
  • Collaborate with marketing team to drive SEO in content creation
  • Conduct on-site and off-site SEO audits to identify opportunities and resolve issues
  • Manage a routine website quality audit (QA) review and maintenance schedule to proactively find and resolve website content and technical issues
  • Manage live chat program, including reviewing and testing playbooks to drive better user experiences and user journeys through the website
  • Implement and document consistent processes for the Company's web CMS and tools
  • Plan and execute content tests, experiments and enhancements using heat mapping, A/B testing and other tools to improve SEO, lead generation, and user experience
  • Perform ongoing keyword research including optimization, discovery, and expansion of keyword opportunities
  • Devise and execute methods to track, report, analyze and improve SEO performance
Digital Reporting
  • Act as an internal expert on Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, staying up to date on latest capabilities, trends and best practices
  • Track digital marketing performance and identify critical conversion points and drop off points in the digital marketing funnel to optimize user journeys
  • Ensure consistent tracking, analysis and reporting of annual website goals and core website KPIs such as pageviews, clicks and conversions in various report formats
  • Identify actionable insights and trends from key metrics that help increase conversions from the website, enhance the corporate brand, and generate additional marketing opportunities
  • Deliver reports to department and other stakeholders to track digital marketing effectiveness
CRM and Marketing Automation
  • Create Salesforce campaigns for associated digital advertising channels
  • Support the creation of automated campaigns, content, and forms in Pardot
  • Support the maintenance of contact list and account records with relevant information
General Marketing Support
  • Continuously monitor internal and competitive performance to identify opportunities for improvement of digital marketing channels
  • Document and optimize digital marketing processes to help the marketing team and the company scale; proactively help find gaps in marketing processes and develop creative or simple solutions to solve those problems
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing department and other internal/external stakeholders to achieve marketing campaign goals and objectives
  • Stay current with latest capabilities, trends and best practices for digital marketing
  • Support for the marketing department with tasks as assigned
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or similar field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, marketing, communications or advertising within the B2B pharmaceuticals, life science or healthcare setting
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads platforms with clear demonstration of initiating, delivering, and analyzing campaigns
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Moz, BrightEdge, or similar
  • Proven knowledge and experience in website technologies, languages, protocols, tactics, and tools
  • Experience with website content management systems such as HubSpot, Wordpress, Drupal or similar
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Good understanding of the latest online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
  • Experience compiling marketing campaign performance data in a way that surfaces actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to successfully communicate and work with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills - ability to self-pace work and adhere to deadlines
  • Flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment - ability to take direction easily and adapt to a dynamic environment of multiple priorities
  • Regular interaction with global stakeholders is to be anticipated, and the successful candidate will have the ability to work well both collaboratively as well as independently
  • Proficient MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Google Analytics and PPC
  • Experience with Java, PHP or other web programming languages
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience with Drift, Olark or other tools for live chat
  • Experience with Marketo, Pardot or similar platforms for marketing automation
  • Prior management experience is a plus
