Global Head of Digital Marketing Make the team that changes the way the world experiences sport.Sportradar is the leading global provider of sports betting and sports entertainment products and services. Since 2001, we have occupied a unique position at the intersection of the sports, media and betting industries; providing sports federations, news media, consumer platforms and sports betting operators with a range of solutions to help grow their business.The Marketing Team is responsible for the acquisition and retention of customers through all marketing channels. Working in close collaboration with Comms, Product Development and the Sales Departments to drive the growth and reputation of Sportradar products, services and brands to the industry, clients and partners. The team is responsible for a unified appearance of the Sportradar and Betradar brands to internal and external stakeholders throughout all campaigns produced and communication channels used. ROLE OVERVIEW:We are seeking a global head of digital marketing to oversee all digital marketing activities. This role will oversee strategy and all aspects of our digital marketing department, including our websites, CRM marketing, Search / SEO, online advertising campaigns and social Media. The successful candidate will be an experienced digital leader with a passion for digital strategy and performance marketing. This person will become the innovator of the marketing team, always in beta and driving the successful integration of technology and digital strategy into Sportradar’s marketing effectiveness.With a passion for engagement and effectiveness the Head of Digital marketing will ensure a culture of measurement, ROI and tracking is established within the digital marketing team that leads to consistent analysis and optimisation, while pushing our creative and content marketing to the highest standard. THE CHALLENGE:Oversee strategy and all aspects of our digital marketing department, including our CRM marketing, email, social, search engine marketing, online advertising campaigns and digital measurementSupervision of an internal team that includes website, digital marketing and social roles including the management of any 3rd party agency relationshipsInstall best practices and processes for the digital marketing department to ensure efficiency and effectivenessWork cross department to develop go-to-market digital marketing strategies with teams consisting of Comms, product marketing, sales, product owners, legal and sales operationsMaximise our digital engagement and conversion for existing and prospective customers through strategy and creativity. Overseeing the CRM marketing manager.Budget responsibilities for all digital marketing activities including, 3rd party resources, digital marketing software and media spendLead our global corporate website strategy and the web managerDevelop and optimise our digital customer experience journey in association with wider marketing and communication stakeholdersEvolve and manage our digital marketing measurement and ROI framework, linked with salesforce and Salesforce Pardot with clear revenue tracking. Oversee monthly reporting on digital marketing ROI.Senior responsibility for the quality and suitability of Sportradar’s digital marketing technology stackManagement of our social media lead, oversee the development of social media brand and region strategies, campaigns, and plans to build brand/company awarenessBe a member of the senior marketing leadership team and contribute to the overall success of the Sportradar marketing function along with the other marketing department heads and senior leadership. Be the innovator of the marketing department, challenging all areas of marketing to ensure digital and technology is at the forefront of our overall marketing strategyYOUR PROFILE:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR, technology or related fieldExperience with Website UI/UX, Conversion Optimization, Data Privacy Law, Digital AdvertisingPreferred experience with WordPress, Salesforce, Pardot, Social Platforms, Google AnalyticsProficient software skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practicesExperience with technologies and best practices for web design, web production, and creative design across multiple platformsExcellent analytical and time-management skillsStrong leadership and management skills, able to manage multiple line reports and ensure quality control on multiple projects.International marketing experience preferredOUR OFFER:Competitive salary (based on experience and on location)Plug into international network of expert fellow employeesOpportunity to play key role in a fast-growing company, with an incredibly ambitious and innovative drive in the sports intelligence spaceSportradar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
