The workstreams are focused on transforming the global operations of the account to become the backbone; driving digital programs; and constantly improving our strategic and creative product.This role reaches throughout the full MW network, managing timelines, deliverables and workstreams across the team, collecting and distributing impactful information for our 50+ market leads, and support in delivering growth initiatives for our MW network agencies across production (CRAFT), digital (MRM) and Media (IPG Mediabrands).The role is mainly focused internally with some client facing aspects and so requires development of relationships with our Global clients in Switzerland, as well as working on c-suite consultancy projects. What You Will Do: Central Workstreams & OperationsSupporting central operations and central project management for our most important projects, events and meetingsManaging timelines for key Workstreams/Projects across the teamSupporting individual workstreams Global infostructureGathering and sharing best practice, case studies and intelligenceCategory inductionsOn-boarding new team members (local and within the markets)Contributing to and rolling out key initiatives Market managementMaintain ongoing relationships with local agency teamsRoll out of information across the networkTrainer level understanding of the Brand Building processManage regular refreshers, team onboarding as relevant CommunicationsCompiling business-critical intelligence on the clientSummarise and distribute quarterly business resultsMerchandising great work across the networkBehaviours and competencies:We want to see impeccable attention to detail; proactivity; organisation but also flexibility; and most of all you need to be approachable.You need to be able to take direction, give direction, be part of a team, and be a team player who works towards the common goal and purpose of our agency and client business. We like to think we do a good job of covering everything the role will entail with this job description, but we all know things may change now and again.
