Your new role, what's involved?
  • Working on a wide range of projects including major projects of national significance (e.g. HS2), land developments, transport infrastructure, local plans, indoor air quality and more.
  • Air dispersion modelling for road, power, industrial and odour sources.
  • Air quality assessment and monitoring.


YOUR TEAM

We are a well-established and in-demand Air Quality team of 27 talented consultants across the UK with a strong track record in the delivery of a wide range of air quality projects working with private and public sector clients. As part of our friendly and supportive team you will:
  • Undertake air dispersion modelling projects using ADMS and ADMS-Roads.
  • Assist with ambient air quality monitoring.
  • Process and analyse data.
  • Write technical reports.
  • Task manage to budget, programme and scope.
  • Contribute to bid submissions and assist with preparing quotes and tenders.
  • Work as part of both small specialist and large multidisciplinary teams.
  • Assist in liaison with internal and external clients, project teams, Local Authorities, and national government bodies.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
  • Experience in an air quality consultancy or similar organisation is preferable.
  • A degree in a scientific discipline.
  • Excellent technical background and numerical skills, with experience in using ADMS and ADMS-Roads.
  • Experience in delivering to set budgets and deadlines and to deliver against high technical standards.
  • Working knowledge and demonstrable understanding of relevant legislation, policy, technical guidance and industry standards and best practice relating to air quality.
  • Ambient air quality monitoring experience.
  • Strong self-motivation and are prepared to drive own utilisation and personal development.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills, including experience in data analysis and interpretation using Excel and GIS.
  • The ability to write clear, concise reports/proposals.
  • A full clean UK driving licence.
  • A positive and proactive approach.
