We are currently supporting a fantastic retail organisation on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre, who have a brand new role available within their generalist HR team!

They are looking for a HR Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary between £21,000 - £23,000pa. You will also be offered hybrid working with 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.

You will report directly into the HR Director, but also work with the HR Advisor day-to-day on a range of administrative tasks.


Take ownership of recruitment administration which includes posting adverts, collating documentation, confirming interviews, delivering offers, etc.
Produce offer letters, changes of details, contracts and company-wide information
Manage onboarding by providing basic inductions to new employees on their first day
Process new staters and leavers
Support the HR Advisor with any training
Coordinate any employee applications and ensure that the company fully comply with legislation
Provide ad hoc reports
Answer any general HR queries


HR Administration experience
Desire to pursue a career in HR
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
