Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Field Enablement Consultant to join our Global Enablement Experience (EX) Team, reporting to the Director of Field Enablement for Europe, Middle East & Africa
You will be working with regional leaders and Individual contributors to impact success of the Sales organizations and overall, the EMEA organization.
As Field Enablement Consultant, you will own a specific region?s enablement programs & lead the efforts to support Concur teams with key initiatives ? in alignment with cloud distribution sales and SAP Concur partner strategy.

Your Key Skillset:

Expert in techniques needed to drive sales revenue (Skillset, Methodology, Processes)

Deep understanding of Sales funnel & process, Customer Lifecycle

Understand value messaging

Innovation Management / Change Management

Possess great collaboration & networking skills

Pre-Sales Knowledge and:or previous experience is a +

Your Responsibilities in this role:

  • Designing, developing, and owning regional enablement strategy, in alignment and collaboration with global sales strategy; this includes on-boarding content & ongoing learnings, process definition & rollout and industry trends updates

  • Working with regional sales & other roles? leaders to consult on overall enablement strategy to help elevate sales, pre sales and other roles from product model to value conversation model

  • Evaluating regional relevance and applicability of global programs and sharing trends and successful regional initiatives with global audience.

  • Developing strategic assets, when needed, to increase efficiency and productivity

  • Collaborating with Enablement counterparts & various Global teams on all projects by following established planning and execution processes. Also contributing in processes improvement

  • Align enablement initiatives across teams and in alignment with strategic business priorities such as new product launches
