The Role:

As Head of Sales Administration, you will be managing a team of 2 Sales Administrators to deliver support to the Sales team across the designated branches. As a Sales Administrator you will assist the Sales team across the designated branches with administration, file auditing and the marketing of properties.

As PA to the Director, you will be responsible for supporting him in directing the strategies of the Department, monitoring the performance of each department, creating templates for standard letters and managing his schedule and preparing reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years admin experience, preferably in the Property Industry
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Numerate and confident working with figures
  • Fluent in English with good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Experience in the property industry, knowledge of Reapit software or relevant equivalents would be an advantage

The role will be based in either the Finchley Central, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
