The founder of the company is Paul Gough - a 4 x Amazon best selling Author on the subject of Marketing, Sales, Hiring and Leadership and a former professional football Physical Therapist who grew his own successful physiotherapy company from the ground up. We have experienced rapid growth in the 48 months that we have been operating and in that time have gone from a one person start up – to $5 million plus in annual sales. The founder has moved from the UK to the USA to continue to expand the growth of the company. The advertised role is an appealing one to any revenue hungry sales manager as we already have a huge database of customers to work with, an established pipeline, an obsession with direct response marketing that delivers 150+ hot new leads every single month, as well as an fantastic sales team of 5 people that is ready to be managed to the next level in sales success. Note. The role is office based and you will be required to work in our office in Celebration, Orlando. No exceptions. Key responsibilities include: Create and manage the sales pipeline - to ensure that all of our sweet spot leads are being closed in a timely manner and creating an action plan for hitting sales targets for each rep so they hit their goals Create a world class sales training process - train and coach our sales team to use our sales playbook and scripts so they meet or exceed their targets. That requires a weekly (group) sales meeting, daily huddles, 30 minutes per day in skill development and practice for each rep, listening and reviewing calls with each rep (at least one per week)  Track, report and monitor all sales dept activities - including call volume, consults, no-shows, closes, no closes etc, on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and ensure this information is received by the CEO every Monday.  To build and grow the sales team both in performance and in numbers. The goal is to have to senior sales reps (consultative closers) who sell by appointment, 2-3 junior sales reps who call on existing clients to fill seminars, follow up on inbound leads, consults that don’t close and clients who attend seminars and webinars where products were sold.  To build and grow the corporate sponsorship division - maximizing existing and creating NEW sponsor inventory and assets, continually look for additional ways to monetize events, websites and other assets we own (Q3 2022)  What you will need to be able to do:  Manage the attitudes, performance and growth of the sales team  Coach the sales team Create monthly sales forecast and pipeline reports for all sales team  Create monthly cost per lead and cost per sale summary report as well as reports on the conversion of lead, average sales and cost per lead from various marketing efforts  Personally, call to follow up on “appointment, no sale” to see if you can close it. Assist in developing sales and bonus plans as well as spiffs to incentivize the sales team while maintaining profitability targets  Create, manage and prepare monthly commission and bonus reports for payroll Track and monitor inside sales team activities and performance and provide weekly reports on activities, sales generated and KPI metrics to the CEO Create and update sales scripts and training documents for all aspects of sales, including appointment setting, following up on inbound leads, selling tickets and products etc, Check inbound leads weekly to ensure they are being followed up on accurately  Document and IMPROVE our sales playbook to ensure maximum performance, as well as manage for compliance with our systems and processes  Assist in resolving customer service issues, saving refund requests, drop offs etc, Work with the CEO to assist in developing the strategy for new products and additional revenue streams To be a “CRM sheriff” to ensure accurate information is being stored, there are zero typos, notes are being created, the dialler is being used etc,  Look for opportunities to find “hidden money” or lost opportunities in the company  Oversee and work closely with the marketing department to ensure lead generation marketing campaigns are effective and producing the appropriate volume of sweet spot leads who sit for appointments   What we’re offering: · An opportunity to be most important person in the most important role in a very successful global business and be rewarded for the additional sales revenue you bring to the company from this point onwards · Provide you with ongoing training and support in the field of sales and sales people management · Opportunity to travel across the USA and to the UK (for our big seminars and events)  Salary - £50,000-£70,000- Negotiable, We are looking for the right person therefore this is negotiable so if this sounds like the right fit for YOU then send your resume in and lets get talking!  Powered by JazzHR
