Sales Operations Executive (5 months contract)

Sales operations and fulfilment for the UK offices of NextGen, with a specific focus on debt collection and invoicing.

• Work with Credit & collection to ensure (re)invoicing of outstanding payments
• Work with credit control team to chase debt, flagging issues to relevant sales teams
• Issue credit notes, create and send invoices for MI and AMS
• Process, manage and record sales for Market Intelligence (MI) and Accreditation & Marketing Services (AMS) business units
• Client liaison and customer service
• Assist with ad hoc queries as necessary
• Able to work interchangeably with Sales Operations Executives in the UK, US and Asia

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (essential and desirable)
• Highly organised, able to work under pressure, to deadlines and multi-task
• Incredible attention to detail and ability to work accurately at all times
• Good communicator, able to liaise with clients
• A collaborative person, able to work across the group
• Numerate
• Motivated and energetic
• Problem solving skills and willingness to take the initiative
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and a good level of IT skills

EXPERIENCE (essential and desirable)
• Experience of working in an office-based administrative role
• Experience with CRM Dynamics
• Experience with invoicing
