Senior Digital Marketing Executive job
Location: London or Winchester office (travel to London one day a week)

You will join the 30-person business development team that leads and implements all marketing, sales and client development programmes. The role will involve you working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to get the best from the digital channels, platforms, and campaigns. The role requires strong technical skills to create campaigns, analyse, track and report across the digital landscape.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, ambitious, and accomplished Digital Marketing Executive wishing to make that step up into a more senior and autonomous role.
Main responsibilities
Digital Activation
Developing and optimising digital assets for campaigns (campaign landing pages, email marketing, webpages and wireframes)
Support the use of the marketing automation tool, helping to ensure best practice in campaign development, automated user journeys and creating templates
Contributing digital expertise to lead generation campaigns using Google Analytics for monthly reporting and to improve website performance
Creating, launching, and managing optimised online advertisements and paid social media campaigns to increase company and brand awareness
Active involvement in SEO efforts (including keyword optimisation and image optimisation)
Insight and reporting
Produce digital dashboards and champion the use of good digital insight across the business.
Proactively share insights and help the team implement recommendations. This may include pre and post campaign analysis, customer journey analysis and channel analysis
Support the digital lead generation programmes to increase the identification of MQL (marketing qualified leads) and improve quality incrementally to increase SQL (sales qualified leads)
Digital Support
Digital marketing support to wider BD colleagues in Marcomms, Campaigns and Design across a range of projects
Support the management and future development of the website, working closely with the senior developer
Stay on top of online marketing trends and feed in ideas to continually improve strategies and toolkit
Maintain, and ensure the team maximise the value of, partnerships with agencies and suppliers
Experience and Technical Skills
Demonstrable, relevant digital marketing experience, ideally from a professional services/B2B environment
Demonstrable experience creating engaging digital experiences as part of a marketing team
Good understanding of marketing analytics - SEO/PPC/Affiliates / (voice search a bonus)
High proficiency in the google marketing suite (Google tag manager, campaign manager, AdWords, analytics, Search Console, Keyword planner)
Front-End dev: Designing for responsive web, HTML/CSS/Frameworks understanding, JavaScript/jQuery as a bonus
Comfortable with Schema Tags, top level HTML
Strong digital and website content management background - (Umbraco desired not essential)
Experience using insights drawn from marketing technology (Microsoft D365 desired not essential)
Solid experience using marketing automation technologies (Microsoft D365 Marketing desired not essential)
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
Advanced Excel&other analytics tools
Advanced social media knowledge
