The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is the key digital lead and will plays an important role in Pharma Intelligence’s digital marketing strategy and delivery. the role ensures solution marketing objectives are translated into innovative and measurable customer programmes across our digital channels. Reporting into the Director of Market Engagement, this role will be responsible for effective implementation of all product marketing strategies across our Pharma Intelligence portfolio, working alongside our campaign planning and data planning managers .The role will include management of our marketing paid and social strategies, and campaign delivery managing two digital executives.The Senior Digital Marketing Manager, supported by the relevant teams, will be responsible for end to end campaign management, project planning, executing and reporting on associated digital activity and working with the marketing managers to support bespoke projects.This role will require demonstrable working knowledge of digital customer journey planning, paid platform deployment, audience planning and channel optimisation.Key responsibilities will include: Digital Planning and Optimisation: Responsible for defining the digital strategy across the Pharma Intelligence portfolio working alongside the product, content and marketing teamsWorking with the market engagement team and associated marketing stakeholders to ensuring solution marketing objectives are translated into innovative and measurable customer programmes across relevant digital channelsResponsible for the audience and channel planning and optimization to meet and exceed programme, channel and audience marketing and sales objectivesProvide regular performance reports, insights and recommendations to inform marketing planning at a global and regional level. Working alongside the Senior Digital Customer Experience Manager to ensure all programmes are deployed in a way that is measurable and tracked effectively to provide the data for insight.Work with the paid and social executives to build and maintain a campaign and content calendar for solutions and personas to inform campaign planning and performance reviews Provide recommendations and performance predictions for ‘always on’ and tactical campaign delivery working alongside the data and campaign planning managersAct as a consultant to the product marketing managers and campaign delivery teams. Providing best in class solutions for digital channels within the product, solution and audience objectivesWorking with the Senior Digital Customer Experience Manager to ensure the marketing website(s) journey is optimised to business requirements and campaigns align to the overarching customer journeysWorking with the Senior Digital Customer Experience Manager to reduce the impact of campaigns on overarching PPC or SEO strategies and ensure alignment between the twoProvide channel recommendations to stakeholders based on briefs and objectives ensuring campaigns are set up to be tracked and fit within overarching customer journey requirementsSupporting the optimization and performance reporting for solution based ‘always on journeys’ feeding into the programme strategy and channel mixEnsure we have a list of relevant channel benchmarks to measure performance against from both internal and external sourcesWeb Content DeliveryWorking with the digital execs to ensure the website content is up to date and changes or updates are managed effectively via our workflow toolsWorking with the Senior Digital Customer Experience Manager to identify any new modules or technical changes required to meet campaign or product marketing objectivesKeeping all templates for briefing up to date and accurate to minimize effort and maximize effectiveness of campaignsWorking with stakeholders to define or optimize customer journeys and manage deliveryCampaign ManagementEnsure the timely and accurate delivery of all digital marketing campaigns and programmes across our digital channels (excluding email) and working with our email specialists for email campaign delivery alignmentResponsible for the project management of all delivery keeping the appropriate campaign management tools up to date and accurateResponsible for the budget recommendations and accurate reporting of all costs in the appropriate systems. This includes keeping costs up to date on a monthly basis and providing business cases for required unplanned spend for specific tasks or set of requirementsWorking with other members of global and regional marketing to ensure optimisation of campaigns and scheduling across the portfolio to optimise the customer journey and minimise frequency of communicationsProviding accurate timelines and recommendations to the relevant teams for all briefed and ‘always on’ marketing activity across digital channels.Provide monthly reports by solution group on overall performance against objectives, channel, solution and audience performance and make recommendations Working with the digital execs to ensure timely and accurate delivery and deployment of campaign assets and programmes including briefing of creative, copy and set up of programmes within the required systems or via associated suppliersManaging the approval of campaign assets and programmes, including audience selection with the product marketing managers and other stakeholdersOwn the digital briefing and management processes including documentation, creative and briefing templates, timelines and schedules working alongside the campaign and data managersEnsure all information is kept up to date in our project management and marketing planning toolsEnsure all suppliers are managed effectively and details given for billing and added to trackers for management of ROI and spend against budgets/targetsResponsible for responding to all briefs from a digital perspective once an approach has been agreed with the market engagement teamQualificationsStrong knowledge of digital reporting platforms, including Google Analytics, and reporting on digital campaign performanceSound understanding of paid media platforms. Experience using paid media management tools Google Ads (Search and Display), LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube ads.Experience working alongside stakeholders to ensure effective and accurate deployment across our owned assets and paid for platformsAbility to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environmentExperience in digital campaign planning and optimisation.
