The Opportunity
Oliver Wyman is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Web Designer to join our creative team in Kuala Lumpur. We are the creative in-house agency of Oliver Wyman. Our mission is to help strengthen the brand of Oliver Wyman by creating outstanding projects that match the deep insights of our consultants and partners.
You will join a global creative team of about 200 colleagues. As Senior web designer you will be part of the Inhouse Creative Agency and work collaboratively with other designers, the digital marketing, and web developers’ team.
We love to meet in person, do brainstorming and get exciting things done - and believe in flexibility in how we work. Consequently, this is a hybrid role, where you will split your time between being in the office (meet the team and work together) and working from home.
In this Senior Web Designer role, you’ll be involved in projects straight away. You'll work together with other design specialists from around the world in different disciplines to make our brand shine. You'll collaborate with copywriters, other designers, as well as clients and writers. You'll lead your team, set the artistic direction and be the driving force behind the creative output.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
Strong conceptual abilities, exceptional art direction skills and good knowledge of the digital & social media landscape

The ability to translate brand strategy into powerful and purposeful creative concepts and storylines

Experience in creating websites, wireframes, mood boards, story boards, graphic elements, and visual treatments

An understanding of usability and accessibility principles based on web standards (WCAG is a plus)

Command of Responsive Web Design (RWD) principles

Knowledge of software, platforms, and technologies, including: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML5, CSS3, UI/UX, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Bootstrap Studio

Knowledge of what developers can and cannot do for the web
