Product –

The appointed person will sell a complex capital robot solution that fully automates dispensing in the pharmacy space. It ensures 100% accurate drug dispensing while offering the owner, pharmacists, and support staff within the pharmacy huge increases in time, flexibility, space, and additional revenue opportunities.

Role –

The Territory Sales Manager / Business Development Manager will sell complex robotic hardware and software solutions (typical order value IRO £130k) into community (non-hospital) dispensing pharmacy space. The role is a “capital sale” and as such will involve elements of Project Management – working with Pharmacy Owners, Pharmacy Managers and Pharmacists to ensure compete satisfaction. Tasked with generating new business the role will require an individual who is able to identify commercial needs within the pharmacy space and work with key decision makers to adopt and benefit from cutting edge technology. This is a targeted sales role that demands an individual with exceptional business development and account management skills. The role will require an experienced, senior, sales professional who is able to develop long term partnership driven relationships. There are some 11500 UK pharmacies and our client already has an exceptional installed base and is the UK, ang global, market leader by a huge margin.

Applicant –

* Applicants will have a thorough understanding of the workings and challenges of a dispensing pharmacy.

* As such they will have sold products, services or solutions into Pharmacy Owners, Pharmacy Managers and Pharmacists OR be one of the above with a personality, desire, and hunger to move into a commercial sales role.

* Applicants will be smart in appearance, personable, and demonstrate commercial acumen

* Enterprising and enthusiastic self-starter, adaptable to change.

* Perseverance and relationship building skills.

* Provide specific examples of working to KPIs and achievements from previous roles.

* IT fluency, proficiency in MS Excel and excellent analytical skills are crucial for this role.
