Warehouse Administrator (12M Maternity Cover) - Brakes Catering Equipment, Leeds.
37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri, Days

We are currently recruiting a talented and results driven Stock&Operations Administrator for our Regional Distribution Centre in Warrington.
The role:
The Warehouse Administrator will manage the day to day administration of the warehouse function.The Warehouse Administrator will work to find solutions and ensure that everything we do enables us to deliver on our promises to our customers and exceed expectations. You’ll naturally promote and embrace our inclusive team environment and we’re sure you’ll have some fun along the way!
They will be responsible for day-to-day Warehouse administration ensuring that all objectives are achieved in line with company processes and policies and include:

Take ownership of warehouse admin function and seek to improve/streamline processes

Control the picking run and liaising with warehouse, sales and admin.

Telephone answering and control call diversion

Use of Fedex machine to input and produce delivery labels

Book pallet deliveries via 3rd party system

Re input picking notes for invoicing

Control the warehouse booking in diary and process

Responsible for the inputting of the booking in on the system

Produce Excel based charts and table, mainly using standard templates.

Chase overdue deliveries from GRN daily sheets
