This is a fantastic role which offers candidates responsibility and great opportunities for professional development.SEO London is looking for Junior Programme Manager for the Insurance Programme.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Programme Manager will assist or lead in the following duties:Oversee and execute flagship Insurance ProgrammeManage the day-to-day contact for partner firms and develop excellent relationshipsProvide coaching sessions and training for SEO London candidatesOrganise and conduct the recruitment, assessment and recommendation of candidates for junior talent opportunities including summer and off-cycle internships for university level students at sponsor Insurance firmsManage key relationships across business lines and senior management levels at Insurance firmsIdentify business development opportunities in the Insurance industryManage SEO London alumni relations to ensure mentoring and training provision for Insurance programme participantsSupport SEO London’s IT strategy including the website re-design, online application system and CRM managementDevelop programme budget and cash flow analysisConduct analysis in achieving KPIs of Insurance ProgrammeProvide reports to sponsor firms about campaigns and current partnershipsManagement of entire programme through the CRM Knowledge and skillsThe ideal candidate will have a significant number of the following skills:Strong interest in diversity and belief in SEO London’s missionStrong inter-personal skills with the ability to manage professional service relationships on the one hand and university students/young professionals on the otherSubstantial project management expertiseKnowledge of the UK university system and have some recruitment experienceSmall business management skills in the form of financial budgeting and database managementStrong work ethic and demonstrated ability to multi-taskMS Office IT literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Knowledge of Salesforce desirable but not essentialExposure to training and developmentRequired qualifications:University degree (any discipline)Essential skills and experience:General knowledge of UK secondary school and university systemsWilling to travel to various destinations across the UKProactive / take initiativeAbility to work independently where necessaryMicrosoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point)Social media management (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn)Attention to detailFlexibilityTo meet SEO London’s needs, a degree of flexibility is required, and the post holder may be required to perform work not specifically referred to above. Such duties will, however, fall within the scope of the role.
