Aftersales Manager - Motor Trade

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager for our client's main dealer site in Poole, Dorset.
This is a superb opportunity for an Aftersales Manager to work for a well-established main dealer group and fantastic brand. The right candidate must have experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager within the motor trade.

Aftersales Manager role:
You will be tasked with overseeing the Service, workshop and Parts departments in a busy main dealership setup.
Developing the departments, team and processes.
Working closely with the senior team on how to make the most out of the department. Ensure that key objectives and strategies are met.
Daily driving of productivity through the departments.
Overseeing the team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Workshop Controller, Administration and all related staff. Making sure the team are working together to hit / exceed targets
Someone who can drive the team to a result.
Deliver strong customer service through the department.
Aftersales Manager requirements:
Must be an experienced Aftersales Manager or Service Manager with experience of working for a motor trade car dealership group.
Looking for at least 3 years experience within an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager
A tenacious and driven individual who can develop and lead a team.
