My client specialises and provides executive searches for senior/c-suite level professionals, into the Financial Services sector, specifically Payments, Fintech, Cards, and Banking. As they enter the next phase of their exciting growth plans, they are now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the business and share its up-and-coming successes.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as developing new business opportunities. You will have the full support of a delivery team to provide executive searches and manage the candidate pipeline.

The role/experience
3+ years recruiting and/or developing new business within the FinTech space is essential
Experience searching for senior stakeholders / c-suite level candidates
You must be a good communicator, confident, trust-worthy, and be able to manage strong relationships
Be assertive and proactive when identifying and winning new business opportunities
You will have experience managing client relationships, always ensuring best practise and service
