Job Description We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join the Retail UK Team here at Primark.The role will be based in our offices in Reading (RG1 1TZ) and will involve occasional UK wide travel.You’ll effectively manage a team of ER Advisors in providing employee relations support and provide advice to the Retail Management teams across UK (191 stores circa 33,000 employees). You’ll deal with all aspects of Employment Tribunals as and when they arise and this will include managing the legal supplier contract. In addition you’ll provide coaching for line managers in employee relations and HR Policies and deliver legal compliance with all employment legislation.You’ll be a true subject matter expert with in-depth knowledge of UK employment law. You’ll have a high level of experience in Employee Relations in a fast moving, multi-site organisation with exposure to managing complex ER cases and large scale consultation exercises. You’ll have experience of leading and developing an Employee Relations team, excellent influencing skills and with the ability to operate in a large organisation.Why work with us?There’s a very competitive salary, bonus (25%); private medical and of course annual leave (27days) and pension.
