Call Handler - Covid Campaign
Working from home (must be based near Preston)
£9.03 p/h paid weekly

Our Client, a large outsourcing Company, are looking to recruit around candidates to join their customer service team. If you are available immediately, passionate about customer service and hardworking then please apply now!

The role is remote working from home but you MUST be able to commute to Preston for the first day.

Role - Customer service advisor
Contract - Temp ongoing contract
Pay rate - £9.03/hour
Hours of work - 35 - 42 hours a week working between 7am-11pm Monday to Sunday, 5 days a week. Candidates must be fully flexible. (You can't choose your shift patterns or days of work)

Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service at all times
Updating customer records and internal databases
Carrying out regular follow up calls
Working to targets and deadlines
