Compliance and Office Administrator
£20,000-£22,000 depending on experience

Are you a passionate Compliance and Office Admin, looking for an exciting new role?
Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Compliance and Office Admin to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based in Peterborough working as part of their Health & Safety and Office team.
This is a new and exciting role for a growing business. As Compliance and Office Admin you will ensure all office tasks are completed on time and accurately. You will also assist with the Health and Safety Admin for site as well as managing regulatory requirements and legislation for site ensuring the company remain fully compliant.

This role is for a growing food manufacturer.
Principle Responsibilities for the Compliance and Office Admin :-
Gain an understanding of the regulatory requirements of the company and ensure we are and remain compliant.
Horizon scan for any new legislation coming into place that would be relevant to the company, ensuring the directors are made aware and sourcing of information to ensure any implementation dates are met.
Write and implement new systems to minimise workload of collecting and collating data for regulatory requirements.
Manage, organise, and update relevant data using relevant internal and external applications.
Lead in all regulatory and relevant external accreditations audits ensuring all information is accurate, effective and available on the lead up and day of audit.
Advise employees, managers and Directors of their roles and requirements to ensure the company upkeeps the certifications and regulatory requirements.
Keep a current knowledge of regulatory requirements and how they affect the company.
Liaise with external bodies as required.
Monitor and review the effectiveness of relevant policies and procedures.
Producing and ensuring any labelling is compliant from both regulatory and external accreditation purposes.
Person specification:-
Highly organised and able to work proactively and independently.
Previous experience of working in an Office Admin type position within Food, Manufacturing, production or similar would be beneficial.
Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft Excel.
Strong Communication skills - able to speak to key steak holders, customers, clients and suppliers at all levels.
This is a full time permanent Compliance and Office Admin position, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, offering an annual salary of up to £22,000 depending on experience
