Our client is seeking a super organised and ambitious Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join their creative, friendly, and diverse team at their London Studio. They are an award-winning international lighting design consultancy working on challenging, cutting-edge projects worldwide. No day is the same! DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NO


Responsibilities Support day-to-day office activities

Supporting Principal and Directors with diary management and general tasks

Assistance Design Director with Technical and Financial Proposals

Maintaining in-house timesheet systems, project lists, annual supply research and renewals, holiday calendars, stationary orders, groceries orders and production of reports as directed

Diary management for General Office

Assist in coordination of travel arrangements for the Director and the Design TeamProviding general reception duties including screening telephone calls and enquiries

Postal and courier arrangements.

General duties as and when required SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES


Minimum of 2 years' experience is essential

Proven and excellent knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook

Must have experience and know basic admin tasks; answering telephone call, issuing concise messages, responding to emails professionally

Self-motivated, reliable and willingness to learn and grow

Good organisational skills and time management skills'can do' attitude, able to meet deadlines and be proactive NB:
