Contract Manager - Working From Home Working From Home Contract Manager 12 month MAT cover Your new company My client is a nationwide charity working with multiple Local Authorities to deliver on their advocate contracts. This role is working from home permanently. Your new role * The key outputs required to develop, deliver or support team business plan. * Analyse, interpret and use complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve contract processes, compliance with SLA's and optimise results * To assess organisational and commissioner needs by seeking out robust financial / performance intelligence to identify areas of risk or improvement * To carry out effective individual contract analysis, including key performance indicators, and effectively communicate meaningful trends and opportunities * To provide strong and timely financial and business decision support to key internal and external stakeholders * * To deliver the monitoring and maintenance of the staffing establishment and recommendation of recruitment strategies as required * To use statistical methods to identify areas for operational improvement and make suggestions for streamlining processes * To lead on a cycle of continuous analysis of existing processes and make specific recommendations about what data needs tracking to influence the Operations Manager in how it can be used to improve contract delivery. (Full JD can be provided) What you'll need to succeed * Maths GCSE - A* to C or equivalent * Evidential experience of managing stakeholder relationships at all levels * Ability to analyse complex data sets * Excellent financial literacy / numeracy skills * Excellent IT / database skills including Excel and Word * Excellent ability to interpret and deliver concise reports that demonstrate contract compliance or otherwise * Ability to influence others through accurate data reporting and able to hold difficult conversations * Proven ability to develop business cases to advocate to colleagues change or new business developments * Proven ability to undertaken root cause analyses to diagnose issues and design tailored solutions to meet the needs of all stakeholders * Ability to work flexibly * Analytical, resilient and determined * Demonstrates integrity, responsibility and accountability in all aspects of work * Excellent planning skills and ability to juggle multiple issues simultaneously * Excellent team player with a collegiate outlook and aware of collective responsibilities * Passionate about quality of service delivery and positive outcomes for clients * Willing to undertake Enhanced level criminal records check (DBS) Children & Adults (including Barred list) * Ability to travel throughout the UK as required What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of youHays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
