Our client is an industry leading, multi-product retailer who is looking for a passionate, vibrant people person to join their team.

What does the role involve?

  • To develop and implement the interior designs and VM standards in store leading to increased footfall, conversion and sales.

  • Maximising sales through building of innovative displays throughout our store and installing best practice VM standards

  • In store training on the shop floor on a one to one basis with the team to re-enforce key VM practices

  • To assist in the building and development of internal displays

What skills do you need?

  • Proven background within interior design/visual merchandising and the ability to communicate at all levels

  • Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual who has department/store management experience in a fast paced commercial retail environment, e.g. a high street, fashion, DIY or department store or self employed interior design experience.

  • You will be people focused with the ability to motivate and inspire the people around you.

  • You are looking for a company in which you can progress with and develop your management skills further.
