Overview of Sales Enablement Manager As a Sales Enablement Manager you will provide the sales team with the resources they need to sell better and generate more revenue. The role involves supporting the global sales teams by maintaining, training and communicating all sales processes and collateral in a timely manner; ensuring the successful onboarding of all sales team members in a rapidly growing environment, and ensuring cross team communication takes place between services, product, sales and marketing. As the right-hand to sales leadership, you are accountable for the tools the sales team require for their success and for prioritizing tasks to make sure deadlines and company objectives are met. The role of a Sales Enablement Manager Write, Maintain and Train the Sales Team on Sales Processes Create and Maintain All Internal Sales Documents - this can include pitch decks, cheat sheets etc Improve Workflows and Sales Tools for improved efficiencies Collaborate with Marketing to Brief and Provide Input on Sales Collateral Onboarding of all Sales Team Members and Management of Sales Sales Team Training across product (including ongoing releases), processes and tools Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Cross Team Collaboration to ensure strategic alignment between the sales operations, sales, and marketing departments Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs. Field ad hoc content and support requests from sales team. Coordinate and report back to sales leadership and executive management to define sales enablement initiatives. Evaluation of key KPIs and reporting on impact Requirements of a Sales Enablement Manager Experienced within a fast-growing tech company would be ideal but not essential. Bachelor’s degree or higher required, preferably in sales, marketing or project management preferred. 3-5 years of direct experience in a sales enablement role with project management, team training and coaching. A demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies these areas Direct Sales experience will be a good bonus A strong understanding of how sales orgs operate and scale Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches Attention to detail, process driven and a strategic thinker Exceptional communication and presentation skills and a team player mindset A strong sense of ownership and motivated to produce results Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment Exceptional time-management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously Ability to grasp concepts quickly and work independently Willingness to work extended hours during periods of high demand Experience working with sales tools and CRM systems Whilst you can work remotely, you will be expected to visit the Head Office based in Manchester.
