Your new company
Independent privately owned contractor is looking for an ambitious site manager to join their team. This is an opportunity to join a growing business and develop your career. Main market areas are general commercial and social housing.

Your new role
Managing two to three sites with assistants
Labour, materials, subcontracts, and H&S
Delivering projects on time and to budget
Documentation and relevant paperwork
Assisting with tendering, planning, and programmes
ISO 9001/14001 compliance
What you'll need to succeed
Experience as a site manager
Delivered projects as number one on site
SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card, and relevant qualifications
Social housing, commercial and fit-out experience would be an advantage
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage teams effectively
Possess drive and ambition to develop your career into a more senior and substantive role
What you'll get in return
Salary in the regions of £30-40k and negotiable depending on experience
