KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure a safe working environment for your team of warehouse colleagues, promote the company health and safety policies along with complying to the site food hygiene guidelines Develop, implement and maintain reporting for the operation and to drive operational volumes, KPIs and productivity reports ensuring targets are achieved and identify cost savings throughout the operation Staff planning to the volume throughputComplete all clerical functions/records required by the operationSetting of targets, reviewing KPIs and drive continuous improvementUndertaking performance managementAbsence management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and the ability to analyse the output and improve operational efficiencies, be IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel Be a great communicator, with the ability to develop relationships, both internally and externallyStrong conflict management skillsAbility to work in temperatures as low as -25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if neededMust be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
