The Role: The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Marketing. The role will require cross-functional stakeholder management and will oversee our client's digital marketing programmes.

Whilst this is a role that sits in an in house team, it will require someone who will be comfortable managing external digital agencies. This role will be suited to an organised and dynamic individual who has a passion for social media and all things digital marketing.

This role requires an expert knowledge of performance marketing channels including the google suite (Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics). You will know how to increase conversion rate through great ads and you will enjoy testing content on landing pages.

The objective of the role is to generate marketing qualified leads to the sales team. The Digital Marketing Manager will utilise a broad range of marketing channels (SEO, PPC, paid media, email automation, social media and webinars) to achieve this.

The successful candidate will be a commercially savvy marketer with creative flair, but who first and foremost has a data-driven, analytical style of marketing. Responsibilities for the position of Digital Marketing Manager:

Designing and implementing optimised, customer-centric ,digital user journeys to increase engagement, lead conversion, and customer retention
Developing and implementing sophisticated integrated marketing campaigns across all digital channels (Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Display ads etc.)
Management of company websites, including the creation of campaign landing pages
Providing accurate digital analytics to the Head of Marketing and internal stakeholders - using Google and other internal analytical tools
Hitting and exceeding targets for new customer leads, lead conversion and customer acquisition
Running A/B Testis of landing pages and website content to improve results
Ensure that our client's brand messaging is clear across all channels
Manage a busy webinar programme that will be used to generate leads To be considered for the role of Digital Marketing Manager you must have:

At least 3 years' Digital Marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment
Proven record in successfully managing multiple digital marketing campaigns concurrently
KPI focused mind-set, with the ability to evaluate detailed metrics and improve campaign performance
Highly organised with attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in making changes to website journeys to improve UX
Experience with marketing automation platforms
