Assistant Digital Marketing Manager - 12 months Maternity Cover

To £45,000 plus bonus

Bring your digital marketing and communications skills to this lovely role with a leading consumer brand in the Garden and DIY market. Based within an easy commute of west London, this maternity cover role comes with autonomy and commercial responsibility and is pivotal to the company's ambitious financial growth targets

What will you do?

Develop and implement strategies to improve ROI across digital marketing channels

Execute Digital activity in line with strategy across Retail and D2C channels

Focus on improving the consumer experience and optimising conversion paths

Manage web content for product launches, campaign activity and product/category updates

Work with key agencies to manage the creation, delivery and analysis of best-in-class campaigns

Work collaboratively with the sales team and key retailer partner digital teams to execute marketing campaigns

Work collaboratively with key UK and EMEA stakeholders, devise and recommend strategies to drive online traffic

Manage the communication of content and digital assets to ensure brand messaging is up to date and delivered consistently across all channels
About you

Educated to degree level, ideally in Marketing Previous experience in a digital marketing role, in consumer goods or FMCG Strong communication skills, both verbal & written, and good presentation skills Strongly analytical mindset Eager to drive and continuously improve digital performance Creative thinker with a test and learn mentality Highly organised, with the ability to plan workload to achieve tight deadlines Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc Motivated to drive & achieve commercial opportunities * A good team player and strong self-starter.
