The role
We are looking for someone to fill our Sales Operations role and join our growing team in London. The Sales Operations role will consist of formatting CVs and Job Specifications for our consultants across the company, as well as performing general ad-hoc tasks and management alongside the Operations Manager. You will also be required to answer the office phone as the first point of contact for external calls, as well as being the first point of contact for internal queries and general systems maintenance.

Key responsibilities
Formatting CVs and Job Specifications. Ad-hoc office administration and tasks - working with the Operations Manager. Answering the office phone - being the first point of contact. General systems maintenance. Team and Event admin support. Assisting in general office management. Key point of contact for internal queries. Order and coordinate office supplies. Working closely with the internal marketing team. Be an advocate and guide on best practice CRM utilization. Assisting teams with any changes and/ or adjustments. Ad-hoc general project management.

Required skills and experience
Strong organisational and administrative skills. Attention to detail. Good understanding of general IT packages. Ability to multitask and work independently.
