Area to be covered:
Wiltshire & Hampshire

Remuneration: 40,000 - 48,000 + 8,500 Commission + 4,500 Annual Bonus


Fully expensed Hybrid BMW, Lexus or Audi car & benefits (including 7% pension, healthcare for the family, dental and 4 x death in service life cover)
The role of the Area Sales Manager - Bathroom Brassware will involve:

Field sales role promoting our clients range of showering solutions, bathtubs, washbasins and kitchen brassware products
80% of your time account managing 45-60+ bathroom retail and plumbers merchant customers (70% independent retail, 30% plumbers merchants)20% new business development

Small amount of time will focus on small local housebuilder/ developers (stimulating demand and back-selling through the retail/ plumbers merchant channel)
Keeping a detailed log on our clients CRM system on a daily and weekly basis

Arranging seminars and presentation to educate clients and staff in house on developments on the company, product and procedures

Inheriting an area only available due to an internal promotion

Responsible for circa 1.5m turnover, currently exceeding budget expectations

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Bathroom Brassware with:

Must have proven track record in a field sales within the bathroom industry

Must have sold into bathroom retail showrooms and/or regional & national plumbers merchants

Ideally with a good grasp of the retail brassware and showering trade

An outlook of putting customer intimacy first

Ability to present to different levels within customers - from installers and trade counter staff through to high end designers and business owners

Relationship builder with excellent account management skills

Able to effectively overcome objections in a selling situation
